Terms of Sale

  • All orders are subject to availability and a confirmation email provided by.
  • All sales of items on are transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For international shoppers, your order total will be charged according to your credit card or bank’s policy on international purchases.
  • All prices stated on the site are not inclusive of postage and packaging charges. Product information on are as accurate as we can make them to be. There may be mistakes in the information displayed but we are happy to offer exchanges or credits to your account if you so wish.

Payment methods

  • Payments can be made via all major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD).
  • All transactions will be charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). From time to time the online payment gateway provider may require verification for the purposes of avoiding online fraud. We may therefore be required to request for you’re to fill in our Verification Form, and to provide us with a copy of your passport or photo identification.
  • Orders before 12PM (GMT + 8 HOURS) will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders after 12PM (GMT + 8 HOURS) will be shipped the next working day

Return /Cancel Refund Policy

  • We will only accept the goods to be returned on condition of the manufacturer defects.
  • Defective item(s) should be sent back to No 37, Jalan PS 3, Taman Industri Prima Selayang, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor, MALAYSIA.
  • Should stocks run out, restocking takes up to 20 working days.
  • RM7 will be imposed to resend the uncollected / returned parcels.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
  • Attempt to cancel your order during processing:

  • Find the order on your main account page.
  • Click the order number to see the order details.

Refund Policy:

Refund will only be approved on condition that:

  • The item we supply having a serious manufacturer defects.
  • We fail to do the replacement within 30 working days
  • The Funds will be banked in to your personal account
  • You need to send in an email to inform us about the defect attached with photos

Shipping FAQ

  • As for our current shipping areas, packages will only be delivered to the West Malaysia and East Malaysia areas.
  • All orders will be shipped within 3-6 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please do note, Bonlife (M) Sdn. Bhd is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delays the delivery, such as adverse weather conditions, congested traffics or natural disaster. But rest assured, in these situations we will try our best to notify you of the delay and update you of the estimated delivery date.
  • Most of Bonlife products are shipped free of charged. But if your order value is less than a minimum, you will be incurred a shipping cost as per below:

West Malaysia: Orders below RM 70 will be charged a RM 4.50 for shipping fee
East Malaysia: Orders below RM 70 will be charged a RM 10 for shipping fee
